Each one-bedroom/ one-bath cottage is self sufficient with a private bedroom with bed & linens, dresser, double closet with shelf, and an all new private bathroom with tub/shower, sink, commode.

The third and largest room is the work room with a wood-burning fireplace, all new windows, screens and blinds, nice lighting, desk with ergonomic chair, dining table and chairs. One cottage has a piano and the other has a larger desk for writing, painting, or crafts.

Each cottage has a kitchenette as part of the work room with large counter, small double sink, microwave, gas stove/oven, cupboards, full-size refrigerator, dishes, cookware, coffee pot, teapot and more.

Each cottage has a covered porch with a rocking chair where you can enjoy the Southern California sunrises and sunsets over the rolling hills, valley and mountain views.

Each resident can enjoy their privacy in their own cottage and choose how much they want to interact with others.

MARKHAM HOUSE (Cottage 1) includes a large writer's/visual artist's desk, easel and dropcloth.

HORTON HOUSE (Cottage 2) includes a baby grand piano.

Open Studios

Residents are encouraged to open their cottages and share their experience with visitors during the occasional Open Studio Events.
